DB schenker opens new facility in dublin

DB Schenker in Ireland has opened a new facility in Dublin. The new logistics centre at Furry Park, Santry is a nearly 8,000 metre2 high bay warehouse. It is the largest letting in Q1, 2012 in the country. For DB Schenker in Ireland this is already the second expansion this year with another new facility in Cork opening earlier in the year.

DB Schenker in Ireland expects to grow work force to over 160 people. DB Schenker’s target markets in Ireland are large multinationals, especially in the Life Sciences, Consumer Export and Hi-Tech markets. The Company provides comprehensive forwarding and logistics services at locations in Cork, Dublin, Leixlip and Shannon.
